WELCOME TO OUR AI-DAY!
The Faculty of Social Sciences is hosting an afternoon of talks and discussions about social perspectives on artificial intelligence. We will take part of each others' ongoing and planned research in this area, and discuss social science strategies for future work and collaborations. These issues are especially pertinent in light of Umeå University's role in the WASP-HS programme.
DIGSUM PhD student Moa Eriksson Krutrök presents her thesis manuscript on Digital Aftermaths of Terror. The invited opponent is Johanna Sumiala, University of Helsinki. Parts of Moa's work are available here and there.
