Intelligent Systems for Patient Autonomy and Health Care

Research project This project aimed at building the infrastructure for interactive intelligent systems for health research at Umeå University, and initiate research collaborations across disciplines and internationally.

Research collaboration between the department of Computing Science, Umeå University and researchers at Dundee University and UPC, Barcelona focused on theory, methods and implementations of intelligent systems for patient autonomy and health care.

Project description

The project has resulted in strategic recruitments, a growing research group and environment on interactive intelligent systems for health at Umeå University, and a research and innovation platform (ACKTUS) for building knowledge-based systems used by research groups across the university.
