Organization identification, commitment and over-commitment among leaders and employees in Swedish and Spanish elder care organizations

Research project The aim is to study how commitment, job crafting and over-commitment develop over time among Swedish and Spanish eldercare managers and employees and how this is related to employee health and quality of care.

Furthermore, the effects of organizational changes and organizing in relation to employee health, quality of care, and turnover intentions are investigated and the two countries are compared.
