Robert Lundmark

I am a licensed Psychologist, specialized in work- and organizational psychology. As Senior Lecturer in Psychology I do research and teaching on leadership and organizational-level interventions.

I work primarily with leadership and intervention research and teaching close to practice. In 2018 I defended my doctoral thesis at Karolinska Institutet. My thesis research examined the relative importance of line managers’ leadership behaviors for outcomes of organizational intervention. Conqurrently with my PhD studies I worked in another project at Karolinska Institutet and at Stockholm Healthcare Sevices to develop a leadership intervention to support healthcare- and social services managers in implementation of evidence based practices.

CoLeadR

Together with Susanne Tafvelin nad Andreas Stenling, I lead the research group named: Collaboration for leadership research (CoLeadR), and currently work with-in our two Afa-financed projects: "The Dark Side of Leadership: The Existence and Causes of Destructive Leadership in Working Life in Sweden" and "Prerequisites for young managers: Leadership towards a good work environment and healthy workersIn these projects". I also work within my own Forte-financed postdoc project: "Avoiding change: Antecendents and outcomes of managers’ laissez-faire leadership during organizational interventions".
