Research project This interview and observational study focusing on the school subject home and consumer studies (HCS) consists of the three subprojects Time, Culture and Sustainability.

This interview and observational study focusing on the school subject home and consumer studies (HCS) consists of the three subprojects Time, Culture and Sustainability. The subproject Culture investigates preconceptions of cuisine, food and cooking culture in HCS teachers. These concepts are then linked together with time use and the three perspectives social, financial and ecological sustainability.
