I have worked as an Associate Professor at the Center for School Leader Development within the Department of Political Science since 2019. I hold a doctoral degree in Educational Work and have been recognized as an Excellent Teacher. I am primarily involved in the Principal’s Program, continuing education for school leaders, and supervision.
My research interests primarily concern norms, values, and power in relation to principals’ leadership in schools and preschools. I have been, and continue to be, involved in several research projects focusing on controversial issues that principals handle in their everyday practice, as well as on successful school leadership.
