Frida Grimm, PhD in Education Senior Lecturer in Educational Leadership at the Centre for School Leadership Development
I am a senior lecturer in educational leadership at the Centre for School Leadership Development and hold a PhD in Education. I teach within the National Principal Training Programme, give professional development courses in teacher leadership, and actively engaged in “Samverkan för bästa skola” (Collaboration for the Best School) and targeted school improvement efforts. I also coordinate the network "Leadership and Governance for Successful First-Teacher Leadership".
My research interests focus on school leadership, professional learning, and school development, with particular emphasis on teacher leadership, lead teachers, collective learning, and successful schools. I am also involved in several research networks, including the International Successful School Principalship Project (ISSPP), the Association for Teacher Leadership and Scholarship (ATLAS), and the Swedish national network for School Development, Organisation, and Leadership (NSOL).
