My research interest is the low-dimensional semiconductor materials, including organic, inorganic and hybrid materials, and their applications in various energy-conversion processes.
My research focuses on luminescent nanomaterials, including quantum dots and carbon nanodots, and their sustainable applications in optoelectronics and biomedicine.
Specifically, we are exploring the potential of using biomass or bio-derived chemicals as the starting material to synthesize luminescent materials, which are promising active materials in various optoelectronic devices, such as organic light-emitting devices, solar cells, and photocatalyst devices.
