I started working at the department as a teacher 2014, teaching mainly undergrads taking the Food and Nutrition program. My thesis called "Policy to Plate - A Case Study of Governance, Organisation, and Change in Hospital Foodservice" builds mainly on analysis of discourses grounded in Carol Bacchi's "What's the problem represented to be" (WPR) och poststructural interview analysis (PIA).
