Opportunities and challenges within the hospital's meal operations

Research project The purpose of the project is to make the challenges and opportunities for the organization around the hospital meals visible from the perspective of different professions and to evaluate the satisfaction of inpatients with the hospital meals.

The project is carried out in collaboration with Region Sörmland and the research school at Umeå Centre for Gender Studies (UCGS). People involved at the department: Sofia Rapo (doctoral student), Ethel Kautto, Agneta Hörnell
