Opportunities and challenges in hospital meal services

PhD project The purpose of the project is to make organisations’ challenges and opportunities revolving around hospital meals better known from a professional perspective, and evaluate hospitalised patients’ satisfaction with hospital meals.

The project is conducted in collaboration with Region Sörmland.
