I am a University Lecturer at the Centre for Principal Development ever since 2017. My work includes teaching in the National Principal Training Programme as well as in the recruitment training programme, where I also serve as course coordinator.
My background is teacher with a Master of Arts in Languages, qualified to teach several subjects, including German (grades 1–9 and upper secondary level), Swedish, English, and History (grades 4–9 and upper secondary level), along with a range of other upper‑secondary subjects related to writing and language.
I also possess substantial experience in school leadership and have completed the National School Leadership Training Programme together with a University Programme in Educational leadership and Administration. My professional school leadership career spans nearly two decades of work as principal, deputy principal, head of operations, and development manager across most types of schools.
My areas of interest include school leadership and learning, with a particular focus on professional communication.
I teach at the National principal's training programme as well as at the recruitment training programme.
I have previously taught one of the Swedish minority languages Meänkieli, at the Umeå University language's department.
