Education of teachers in home economics and consumer studies

Research currently primarily focuses on frame factor effects on pupils and teachers in the school subject home and consumer studies. Frame factors include time usage, group work, food culture, premises and transdisciplinary work, to mention a few. Emphasis lies on the prerequisites in Swedish primary and lower-secondary schools but can also be related to other countries.
