About the course

Murderous and hostile animals and man-eating plants are prevalent in the horror genre. In this course we analyse film and literature, focusing on animals and plants as a threat to humans. We explore themes that concern humans as prey and predator, climate, and identity.

Outline for distance course

The medium of instruction is English. All communication is via the course learning platform. A number of scheduled seminars are held online.
