About the course

This aim of this course is to teach students how to write scientific papers suitable for publication in peer reviewed journals. Students will be encouraged to use material drawn from their Master of Public Health/Global Health or equivalent thesis. There will be a strong emphasis on clear and concise scientific writing. The course will cover topics such as authorship, choice of journals, title, abstract, layout and order of content, data presentation, additional files, referencing, plagiarism, acknowledgements, and response to reviewers.
