Required Knowledge
90 ECTS in Food and Nutrition Science with at least 7,5 ECTS thesis or 90 ECTS Restaurant and Culinary Arts with at least 7,5 ECTS thesis. Alternatively, a BSc in food related studies (Integrated Food Studies, Food Science and Technology, Food Sociology, Consumer Studies, Business Studies) including thesis, or a BSc in health-related studies (Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Biostatistics) including thesis. English for basic eligibility for higher education.
Selection
Students applying for courses within a double degree exchange agreement, within the department's own agreements will be given first priority. Then will -in turn -candidates within the department's own agreements, faculty agreements, central exchange agreements and other departmental agreements be selected.
