New international scholarships at Umeå School of Business & Economics

The Umeå School of Business and Economics (USBE) at Umeå University have introduced new scholarships for talented master’s degree programme applicants from non EU/EEA countries beginning their studies in autumn 2014.
Starting in autumn 2014, highly merited applicants to USBE from non EU/EEA countries will have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship which will result in a reduction of the tuition fee. These reductions may be partial (50%) or full (100%).
The new USBE scholarships are due to a generous donation by the Balticgruppen’s Donation Trust Fund (Balticgruppens donationsstiftelse). The Scholarships will be offered until 2016 for admitted students. The selections will take place annually before the autumn academic term’s intake.

Applicants can apply online at this webpage and must rank the master’s programme at Umeå University as their first choice at universityadmissions.se, the national admissions website in Sweden. Additionally, applicants must complete their study application by the 15 January 2014 deadline.
The USBE scholarship selections will be announced during the first week of April 2014.
