ProMeal - Prospect for promoting health and performance by school meals in Nordic countries

Research project The school meal study ProMeal include several sub-studies. A PhD-student from Iceland work with this sub-study, where the food and nutrition intake at school lunches in Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden is studied.

The data collection was carried out during the academic year 2013/2014 through a photographic method which was developed and validated within the project. Started jan 2013. Datacollection 2013-2014. Analyses are still on-going.
