Öppen föreläsning på Konsthögskolan vid Umeå universitet med Hanne Lippard som utforskar rösten som medium och hur språket kan vara visuellt kraftfullt.
Hanne Lippard's texts are visual, rhythmic, and performative rather than purely informative, and her work is conveyed through a variety of disciplines, which include short films, sound pieces and performance.
She has performed and exhibited at the Kunstverein in Hamburg, Tallinn Kunsthal, 6th Moscow Biennale, Kunsthalle Wien, Transmediale, Berlin, Bielefelder Kunstverein, Kunsthalle Leipzig, HAU Berlin, UKS Oslo, KunstWerke Berlin, Berliner Festspiele, Kinderhook & Caracas, Berlin, Galerie Parisa Kind, Frankfurt, Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien, Marres, Maastricht and Poesia en Voz, Mexico City.
Since 2010 she lives and works in Berlin, and she is the recipient of the Ars Viva Prize, Association of Arts and Culture of the Germany Economy at the Federation of German Industries, for 2016.
