Professional meals

This research domain focuses on the professional practise of cooking, meal creation, hospitality and production.

This includes restaurant and café meals, public gastronomy in healthcare and schools, as well as professionally prepared meals consumed at home. The research domain also includes consumer perspectives on all these meals as well as aspects of food production in relationship with professional meals, for instance food crafts, food production and sustainable food systems.
