Our lab works on integrating multi-omics datasets, machine learning, and large-scale mechanistic models to build clinically predictive computational models.

I tend to procurement of products and services at the department as well as making sure our locals and equipment are functioning and suitable for our needs.

 My rresearch is about ovarian cancer and focus mainly on the most aggressive type.

I am postdoc in Magnus Wolf-Watz group specializing in structural biology, with a focus on molecular mechanisms behind the aggressiveness and metastasis of prostate cancer. 

Karin Nylander, professor in pathology, focus the research on tongue cancer trying to understand why the disease increases among young people, and by using AI trying to predict the risk of relapse.

I 

PhD student and scientist, investigating the role of superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Focussing on SOD1 protein aggregation in the pathological context.

Our research group studies telomere biology in blood cells and molecular factors that affect tumor development and prognosis in lymphatic leukemias and lymphomas.

Our research is aiming to develop new, better cancer drugs and predictive biomarkers for aggressive cancers. Among other things, we use the CRISPR / Cas9 method.

Research about the importance of the intestinal microflora and tumour molecular characteristics in prognosis and therapy of colorectal cancer.
