About the course

The course deals with 3D-visualization of terrain using different elevation data sources, as well as how to represent the built environment in 3D; in the latter case, CAD constitutes an important element. Relevant analysis techniques, such as visibility analysis to evaluate the effects of existing and planned buildings, are also covered in the course.
