Presentation

I began my PhD studies in October 2017, having previously attained my MSc. in Economics here in Umeå as well. My main supervisor is Professor Gauthier Lanot.

Research

My research is mainly within labor economics and public economics. More specifically I study the response of life-cycle labor supply and savings behavior response to changes in income taxation and public pension design. In addition I have done research on the composition of earnings inequality. I am currently working on how social security design affects human capital formation, retirement, and redistribution in heterogeneous agent models.
