Profile: Leadership, Organization, and Working Life (LOA).
I am the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences (as of July 1, 2025) and responsible for research in the field of Leadership, Organization, and Working Life (LOA) at the Department of Education.
I became a professor in 2019 and have worked at the university since 1993, after graduating with a degree in Human Resource Management. In 2004, I completed my PhD with a dissertation on "Leadership in Academia," and I became an associate professor (docent) in 2013.
Over the years, I have held various positions involving staff and leadership development, as well as worked as an educational consultant. My leadership roles have included Program Director for the Human Resource Management Program, Director of Doctoral Studies in Education, Vice Dean and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Director of the School of Sport Sciences, and currently Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
