Mina forskningsintressen är inriktade mot organisationspedagogik där jag bland annat studerat och publicerat om ämnen som ledarskap, kompetens, meningsskapande och organisationsförändring. Jag forskar också om polisarbete, där jag bland annat studerat brottsutredning. Jag har undervisningserfarenhet från bland annat polisutbildningen, Personalvetarprogrammet och Beteendevetenskapliga programmet med inriktning mot IT-miljöer (BIT).
