Design projects
Each semester, students engage in a core design project as part of a project-based learning approach, exploring relevant design opportunities to solve real-world problems in collaboration with external partners.
Project 1: Vehicle concept design
This course introduces vehicle-focused design methods such as context mapping and visual storytelling. Students explore future mobility scenarios, define a concept, and develop a proposal, often in collaboration with external partners. The outcome is a concept vehicle that balances form, function and sustainability.

Project 2: Strategic design
Students are introduced to strategic design methods such as brand analysis and innovation tools. They explore a transport-related theme, define a strategy, and develop a concept often in collaboration with external partners. The outcome is a mobility solution with a clear brand identity and professional presentation.

Project 4: Degree project
Students begin by framing a design challenge and developing a focused brief. Through collaboration with an external partner, they carry out a self-directed design process and present their work in written, visual, and exhibition formats. The project is a chance to demonstrate readiness to work as a professional designer.
